The Insite experience
We arrive. Imaging done. Results fast.
A full imaging suite on wheels, staffed by AHPRA-registered radiographers and sonographers, with same day online reporting.

Fully mobile
The imaging suite drives to you — everything happens in the X-ray van
We do not set up rooms, run cables through your building or ask you to find clinical space. The X-ray van arrives, parks inside your secured location, and the scan is done on board.
We arrive on site
The X-ray van drives to your address, anywhere in Australia.
We park in a secured location
Inside your perimeter, yard or car park — access, escort and security protocols agreed in advance.
The scan happens on board
Your patient steps into the X-ray van, is imaged, and steps back out. Nothing is set up inside your building.
They return home the same hour
No off-site transport, no external appointment, no waiting room — escorts stay on site with you.
Emergency & disaster preparedness
Two turn-key options, both ready to go
We do not build a capability after the event. The vans are already fitted out, certified and licensed — you choose whether we operate one for you, or you operate one of your own.
Turn-key van delivered to you
We supply a fitted-out, certified X-ray van to your organisation and your practitioners operate it. Where you would rather not staff it, we can host the van and provide the practitioners.
We arrive on site and deliver
The X-ray van comes to your location with our own radiographer, or a sonographer for ultrasound studies. Imaging happens on board and your people carry on with their day.
Contingency arrangements
Activation triggers, staging locations, access and escort protocols and reporting pathways agreed before the season starts.
Support for frontline responders
Communities are affected, and so are the responders working through the event. We image injured crews on site so they are assessed and treated without leaving the operation.
On board every vehicle: X-ray · Ultrasound · OPG. Deployable Australia wide, integrated with local health services and existing referral pathways, with same day online reporting back to the referring practitioner.
Why it matters
What happens when imaging is not accessible
The cost of a missing scan is not abstract. It is carried by the patient in pain and by the doctor in guesswork.
For patients
- Misdiagnosis — a fracture managed as a sprain, an infection missed.
- Long waiting periods to be seen, to get results, then to start treatment.
- Prolonged pain, suffering and anxiety while nothing is confirmed.
- Hours of travel, lost income and costs that fall hardest on rural families.
For doctors and health services
- Clinical decisions made on guesswork instead of diagnostic clarity.
- Transfers and referrals generated purely to obtain an image.
- Emergency departments and radiology rooms blocked by non-urgent imaging.
- Patients lost to follow-up during the wait, then presenting again worse.
On-site imaging shortens the time between injury and treatment — reducing pain, suffering and anxiety for the patient, and supporting the local health service and government responsibility to deliver timely, accurate care in the places that need it most.
